Psychological Stress

(Can be recognised as: anxiety, depression, panic attacks, fears and phobias, addictions, negative thoughts, unrelenting or repetitive thoughts, mental fatigue, poor memory, brain fog, word blindness, inability to focus, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Attention Deficit Disorder ADD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), nervous breakdown, childhood abuse trauma, difficulty sleeping, insomnia, menopause, nightmares or night sweats)

Emotional Stress

(Can be expressed as uncontrolled emotions/emotional instability - moodiness, tearfulness, unresolved grief, sadness or sorrow, frustration, anger, rage or violent outbursts and self-destructive patterns, eating disorders as well as dependency and/or addictions to smoking, eating, alcohol or drugs.  Physical symptoms may include stress headaches or migraines, digestive imbalances including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and acid reflux as well as types of unexplained or chronic pain. Constant stress may also increase your risk of high blood pressure, heart attack and stroke)

 

Spiritual Healing

(When you align yourself with your truth, feel capable of expressing your authenticity and can maintain strength in your energetic fields, the ability to connect with higher levels of spiritual consciousness and find the one-ness in everything is enhanced. I offer individual sessions and facilitate group training suitable for spiritual seekers just beginning on their path through to seasoned travellers.)

(If you are looking for assistance to improve or maintain your general health and well-being, I have a range of complementary and outside the box therapies on offer. I trained in Touch for Health Kinesiology in Los Angeles, USA, interned at a chronic disorders clinic in Pennsylvania, USA and worked with a doctor of chiropractic/master of homeopathy and a dentist in Santa Monica, USA. Together with experience I gained there and when a registered nurse, I am well-equipped to assess and treat many common problems, chronic conditions and complex disorders.)
